Paxvel

Paxvel read his letter over once. Sounded good to him!

He moved out into the hallway, making his way to Gaxon's room. All he had to do was hand it over and walk away. No big deal.

With each step, he felt his non existant heart sink a little further until he was forced to stop outside his friends room. Reaching up, he gently rapped.

"Hol' on a sec'." The man twanged, and Pax snickered at his accent, the way he always did. It was then he relized that would probably be the last time he'd hear it. Gaxon was leaving. Tomorrow! He didn't want him to go... But, it would have been selfish to tell him not to. Gaxon was finally going to do what he knew he had to do and who was Paxvel to stop him?

When the door finally opened, Paxvel could no longer help himself. Flinging himself forward, he hugged the man, clinging tightly. Gaxon paused, but smiled softly, patting his back.

"Yeah, I'ma miss ya too, Pax." He muttered.
